Ideal for an IT Literate and pro-technology individual, this role is based upon a requirement to build and deliver demonstrations of business software to potential clients. Working alongside the sales team, you will be responsible for providing the product demonstrations to help potential customers understand how the technologies that we provide will help their businesses to grow.

Our solutions are custom, which means that this role requires a high-level business assessment to understand a prospect’s needs, then to build and deliver a bespoke demonstration around those requirements.

As someone who is excited about technology, you will use your time to investigate the new tools that have been determined to be part of our business strategy and how they apply to our prospect’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Building Demo Environments
• Creating customer requirements scenarios
• Demonstrating a wide range of scenarios and the capabilities of the solutions to prospective customers
• Researching new technologies and ways to apply them to real-world scenarios

Essential Skills

The successful candidate should have:

• A good understanding of business processes
• Finance knowledge
• Strong IT skills
• Good communication skills – online and in person
• Good Office skills

• An understanding of Manufacturing and Warehousing

• Knowledge of the Microsoft business product portfolio
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power App, Flow
